Realizing that the arts serve both as a discipline in their
own right and as learning tools which enhance and complement
a solid basic skills curriculum, the Worcester Arts Magnet
School integrates the arts in its daily curriculum. As the
school encourages self-expression, creativity, communication,
and multicultural awareness, it insures a successful educational
experience for each child, with academic excellence the goal.
A supportive environment accommodates individual abilities,
learning styles, interests, and needs. Each student has the
opportunity to perform, to display, and to enjoy fulfillment
of his/her basic needs to create and flourish.
