A.  Request that the Administration provide evidence that the principals actually review the school budgets with their site councils.

B.   Request that the Administration provide an actual breakdown of the numbers as to how the city calculates net school spending and include it in all future budgets.
 
C.  Request that the Administration provide a report which compares the breakdown of the different cost centers in the Budget on page 14 as to the way in which this information is reflected in the Foundation Budget.
 
D.  Request that the Administration provide a report, prior to the next meeting, as to whether or not space was available at the secondary level for school choice students during this academic year.
 
E.  Request that the Administration provide a report as to the increase in Teachers and Instructional Assistants for the delivery of services to special needs students and indicate whether this is due to compliance issues or for other reasons.
 
F.   Request that the Administration provide the salary for the additional administrator included on page 99 of the Budget.
 
G.   Request that the Administration provide a detailed breakdown report on exactly how the funds generated from the APIP grant in the Miscellaneous Salaries and Personal Service Accounts are being utilized as reflected in two different sections of the Budget.
 
H.   Request that the Administration provide a report on the cost to provide additional substitute special education bus services, as mentioned on page 135 of the Budget.
 
I.    Request that the Administration provide a breakdown on Account 500138-92000 In-State Travel prior to the next School Committee meeting.
