The Mission of the Roosevelt School is to foster the intellectual,
emotional, physical and social growth of each student.
Environmental issues are at the heart of the curriculum, motivating
students to master basic skills that have relevance to the problems
they must solve in today’s world. Emphasis on health and wellness
encourages students to explore the earth, its habitants and the
conditions in which they live.
In a school setting, which is safe and nurturing, Roosevelt students
can apply their learning to real-life situations and develop respect
and appreciation for themselves, their peers, their community, and
their world.
